Richwood High school DL Noah Harper has committed to the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game. He’s a violent force coming off the edge, a presence on the defensive line.
Noah’s style of tackling is, simply put, fun to watch. He’s not bringing the hammer to anyone on initial contact, but he has this ability to throw people down like a rag doll. He brings a chaotic force of ferocity, slamming the ball carrier into the ground. When he gets to a play, that play ends, and it usually ends in spectacular fashion. He’s a high effort player, something that shows itself no matter what position he’s playing. He’ll put in the work to get a key block while playing TE, and he will come off the backside to catch up and make a play all the time as a DE.
He’s not huge on the line, standing at 6’1″ 200 lbs, but that allows him to bring a level of speed on the defensive line that is quite impressive, and he still plays with the physicality needed to hang with the big boys. He earned 1st team all-district honors this season, and has posted a 3.0 GPA, proving the kind of work ethic he has both on and off the field. He’s got two offers already, but this is a golden opportunity to land a few more.
I feel like I’m an underrated player, so I can’t wait to show what I can do.
