LSU gets a massive pickup today literally from the 2024 class in San Marcos High School (TX) 6’8, 330 pound three-star offensive tackle Ory Williams, who made the decision to commit to the Tigers over Texas.
The massive offensive lineman from San Marcos, Texas has heated up a lot lately in recruiting as the Tigers have recently made a big push for his services with Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, USC, Florida, Oklahoma State, and others also offering the fast-rising lineman.
Williams was certainly trending towards LSU throughout the month of July as he took a visit in June and took his last visit before his commitment announcement on Friday and Saturday for the Bayou Splash.
This is a big pickup for offensive line coach Brad Davis as with this addition makes it the third offensive lineman to commit to the Tigers joining Ethan Calloway and Khayree Lee also as 2024 commits. The 2024 class is on the rise right now being the number 11 class in the country with 21 overall commitments.
