Who do you look up to as a role model?

“My teammate Daxton Chavez, he was a WR for us last year. I look up to him because he would always show up to practice and put the work in no matter how he was feeling or what was going on in his life. He would always be on time and do the little things right and not just go through the motions but go all 110% every rep.”

Is there a player that you try to model your game after?

“Not really anybody in particular but I like Travis Kelce, he’s a dawg.”

What have you learned about yourself from playing football?

“I’ve learned a lot of things. I’ve learned how to be mentally tough and keep on going even when your tired. I’ve learned to show up everyday and give it all you got no matter what. The main thing is being mentally tough because I know that will come in handy later in life.”

“I’d probably say my first TD this season. It was in our first game against or rival Benton on our first drive. Coach called an out and up where I was the primary receiver. I was nervous as all get-out but I ran my route perfectly and we scored so I would have to say that’s been my favorite, I love that play.”

” I set the goals of getting 315lb bench, 450lb squat, 300lb power clean, gain a little bit of weight, 1st Team All District again, 1st team All State, 1st Team All Parish and All District MVP. I also want to go undefeated and get past the quarter finals in playoffs.
