Carson Broussard is a class of 2027 linebacker out of Rosepine High School (LA), standing at 5’9”, 160 pounds. Carson won All-District Honorable Mention for LB, proving that he can showcase his talent when it matters most. Broussard is a tough defender who plays with high energy and a strong motor on every snap. He shows good awareness at the linebacker position, reading plays quickly and reacting downhill to make stops. His physicality and willingness to engage make him a reliable presence on defense. Carson also works hard off the field maintaining a 4.0 GPA. We at Gridiron Football wish Carson the best!

What made you start playing football?
My grandpa played in college, just watching the videos of him playing really got me into it.
What did you like about the camp?
I liked how different groups had their own time with each position and the tire pull, 1v1s, and the competition.
What is a drill that you can improve on (from camp)?
Better footwork.
Do you play any other sports besides football?
I do track.
What made you choose this camp?
It was in Rosepine which is the school I go to. Mainly for a chance to go to the Gridiron Bowl.
Who is your favorite football player?
Ray Lewis.
What motivates you to keep working hard?
To win more games than we did this year we did not do very good, so I want to be a team player and win more games.
How did it feel competing with other players at the camp?
It gave me competition outside of teammates and gave me an opportunity to play against different people.
How does camps like this get help you get better for the season?
It gives me drills that I can tell my coach about to hep our team overall.
What does being a good teammate mean to you?
It means a lot because if you have a positive player it effects the team in a good way. But if u have a negative player it brings the team down.
