Escambia High School defensive back Tadarius Wright has committed to the 2023 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl!
“It means a lot to be able to play in something big as this great game!”
This season, Wright helped lead the Gators to an 8-4 record and recorded 85 tackles , nine pass breakups, returned an interception for a touchdown and forced a fumble. In his junior year in 2022, he recorded 83 tackles, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and an interception.
He currently has offers from Florida Atlantic (FAU) and Clarke University. He also has interest from West Florida , Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State, USF, The Citadel and Jacksonville State.
Wright says the player he likes to mold his game after is Houston Texans defensive back Jalen Pitre because they have a similar play style.
