Avoyelles High School (Moreauville, La.) athlete Decareyn Sampson has committed to the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl.
Throughout his career, Sampson accounted for 6,580 total yards and a school-record 82 touchdowns. He rushed for a school-record 5,272 yards and had 933 receiving yards. Sampson has an offer from Louisiana Christian and has gained interest from Northwestern State and Southern
“It means a lot as it allows me to show people my skills and how fast i can get down the field.”
One of Sampson’s favorite memories playing at Avoyelles was when he scored seven touchdowns on his 17th birthday. When he gets into college, he wants to study pre-dental.
