GF All-American Bowl Game Commit: Brenden McMillan

Like our recent Gridiron Football All-American Bowl commitment Tyhler Holloway, Brenden McMillan may not be a big defensive back at 5’7, 165 pounds, but makes up for it with his quickness, instincts, and his versatility. The senior from Vidalia High School in Vidalia, Louisiana played multiple positions for the Vikings including at cornerback, running back, and at slot receiver. Brenden is also pound for pound one of the strongest players at his position as he can bench press 315 pounds and he can squat 475 pounds. Brenden was also a big part in the Vikings making the playoffs and finishing the season with a winning record. He will get the chance to play one more game in his high school career at the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game in Orange Beach, Alabama.

“I was truly amazed and blessed after my last playoff game as a senior. I thought maybe my football career would slowly but surely be over because recruitment was moving pretty slow, but then, my coach came to me and told me the great news. I couldn’t help, but praise the man above for another opportunity to play the sport I love so I would like to thank you all for the opportunity of my football career and can’t wait to come show out and compete.”
