Meet our next Diamond in the Rough out of Montegut Middle School, Kayson Neil, is turning heads as a fierce competitor on both sides of the ball. As a linebacker, he’s a tackling machine, fearless, physical, and always in the right spot. On offense, he brings that same intensity to the fullback position, bulldozing through defenders and leading the way for his teammates.
Kayson plays with purpose and passion. His toughness and football IQ make him a leader on the field, but it’s his relentless drive to improve that truly sets him apart. Whether it’s extra reps after practice or breaking down film to sharpen his instincts, Kayson is all about getting better every single day.
He may not seek the spotlight, but his impact is undeniable. His presence is felt in every game, with hard hits on defense and bruising blocks on offense. Coaches know they can count on him to show up, work hard, and leave it all on the field.
Kayson Neil is the definition of a blue-collar football player: gritty, determined, and hungry for more. As he continues to grow and develop, there’s no doubt he’s building a future as one of Montegut’s toughest and most reliable talents.
