Payton Daigle is a senior cornerback from Iota High School in Iota, Louisiana. Payton is only 5’9, 165 pounds, but plays much bigger than his size indicates. Last season, the Bulldogs defensive back made 2nd Team All-District honors. This season, he was named Parish Player of the Week earlier in September, but what he takes the most pride in is his grades as he has a 4.0 GPA and a 23 on his ACT. Payton has great awareness and does a great job of knowing where the football is as he has multiple interceptions this season. He will carry those attributes and abilities to the end of December when Payton plays in our Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, which will be held in Orange Beach, Alabama.
