How did you get started in football, and what inspired you to play the sport?

My brother and dad played it so I just followed in their footsteps.

Can you share a memorable moment or game that stands out in your football career so far? 

Probably that first pick it was a crazy feeling and I really should have scored after that.

What positions do you enjoy playing the most, and why?

Safety, but I’m fine playing the nickel and corner too, It just feels more comfortable.

How do you balance schoolwork and football during the season?

It is hard but after practice I get a nap in ,wake up, do homework and take a shower and go to sleep. I like to keep that balance and that overall order.

What aspects of your game do you feel you have improved upon the most since you started playing?

I think just being comfortable going out into the game and the field is easier now.

What are your individual goals for the upcoming football season? 

I would like to double my stats, more tackles, more picks, and more games. 

Are there any professional football players you look up to, and if so, why?

Ed Reed by just looking how he plays. He is a team player and truly football smart.

What advice would you give to other young players?

If you’re coming into your sophomore year, just have fun, build a connection with your group, and learn.

Aside from football, what is an interesting fact about you?

My favorite video game is not Madden, it is eafc or soccer.

Which college would you most like to play for?

I would like to stay in the state so colleges and community colleges in Mississippi I would love to play there.

What are your biggest strengths on the field?

The aggression I play with I feel like that really shows up.

What is the biggest challenge you face on the field?

Last year I would say confidence but I have that now. I am still trying to find that leadership aspect that I need for this year.

How has playing football impacted other areas of your life, such as academics and personal life?

In my personal life it’s made me gain friendships with my teammates.
