Some life lessons I learned while playing football are work ethic. In order to be the best you have to work at it and always stay focused on your goals. Football has taught how to balance things out with football and school.

I am a tough player, I like to make contact and the more times I hit people the harder and angrier I try to run.

The best game I played so far has to be the North Webster game. The o-line played really good and they made really good blocks that allowed me to make big plays in important situations. I rushed for 164 yards and had 3 touchdowns. I felt really good that game and I even scored the touchdown that give us the lead late in the game. It was a quarterfinals game so everybody was going crazy; it was just an amazing experience.

What is your greatest strength on the football field?

I run hard and can block when the team needs me to. I work hard and I can lead by example. I feel like whenever my team needs me to step up and make big plays I can. I’m not scared of contact I have good vision, and I can set up my blocks. I have good patience that allows me to give the holes time to open up and I run behind a good offensive line so they make everything easier for me.

What is a part of your game that you are trying to improve?

I am working on getting faster. If I would’ve been a little bit faster I feel like I could’ve broken off some long runs. I am also working on getting better vision in open space to make people miss and cutting back to get more yards. I last but not least I am working being a better receiver out of the backfield because that would help me be a more all around back.

What are your goals for your senior year?

I want to make it to state championship because we fell a game short last year and it just made us hungrier for next year. I know as a team we want to be undefeated district champs. I also want to have at least 2,500 yards rushing and be all- USA Louisiana first team.
