When did you start playing football & what made you start playing?

“I started playing football when I was 5 years old. What made me start is when I went to the LSU vs Washington game when I was younger, and I haven’t been able to stop watching or playing since”.

What do you love about football?

What I love about football is the amount of contact and the people that I play with. I believe I wouldn’t have the same connection with the sport if I didn’t have the teammates and coaches I had growing up, along with my parents, who always pushed me to be my best.”

What player, NFL or College did you model your game after?

“The College team I always watched was LSU, since I went to my first game, I had always loved watching LSU and watching linebackers play like Patrick Queen, Devin White, Harold Perkins, and most recently Whit Weeks. Although, they all played different, they also had that grit and physicality that you don’t see anymore.”

What would your teammates say about you?

“I believe my teammates would say that I’m very passionate about the game and that I am very physical on the field, but I would believe that they would also mention my leadership and the amount of time I try to help the team.”

What is your motivation?

My motivation is my younger self, and the idea of making it to the collegiate level. Along with the amount of time and effort I have put in, I feel like it needs to pay off in some way.”

What parts of your game are you working on right now?

“The part of my game I think that needs the most improvement is my block shedding and over aggression bitting on runs while.”

What is your goal for this season?

My season Goal was over 100+ tackles this season but I surpassed that in week 7 or 8 totaling my tackles with 130+ going into the playoffs.”

What game or moment in the game has been your favorite up to this point?

“My favorite moment playing football is being the underdog. I truly believe when people count me out, I tend to get better and play with more of a chip on my shoulder. An example of this is playing a team from our district and beating them when we where predicted to lose by multiple scores, statistically speaking, that wasn’t my best game considering they threw the ball over 75% of the time it was just very good football by the team all around.”

What do you do on your free time outside of school?

“In my free time, I go back to football. If it isn’t watching film or watching a game, I’ll be playing NCAA 25 with my Ball State dynasty.”

What is one thing that you think college coaches and recruiters should know about you?

One thing college coaches and recruiters should know about me is that I’m up for any challenge and I believe hard works pays off. Not only will I work, but I’ll work to the best of my ability and I believe that, paired with my football IQ, will pay off for a team.

What do you think your best trait is?

I believe that my best trait is my football IQ, I study the game and have the love to ,not only play, but just to incorporate it into my everyday routine.”
