Our second Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game commitment happens to be Jesuit High School (New Orleans, LA) QB Beau Perez. At 6’5, 225 pounds, Perez brings a commanding physical presence as he not only has a rocket arm, but he also has the ability to beat you with his legs. He has all the physical traits and tangibles to be a big-time college quarterback. Not to mention, he also has some very impressive bloodlines as his dad Bernard Perez played tight end for Holy Cross and at UL.
Starting for the Blue Jays the last two seasons, the New Orleans native has shown what he is capable of on plenty of occasions including a 200 yard and two touchdown performance against Holy Cross last year, a three-touchdown performance against Booker T. Washington last year, and also willed his way to lead the Blue Jays to a big victory over St. Augustine this season by gaining MVP honors.
The scariest part about Perez’s game is that he is still growing and improving as he has only started at the varsity level for two years. This physically gifted quarterback will get the chance to show off his skills at the 2023 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, which will be held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at BREC’s Memorial Stadium on December 30th.
“I look forward to every opportunity to be on the field as it is my true passion. I am especially excited about the invite to play in the Gridiron Football Bowl Game in December amongst tremendous talent. It’s a great opportunity and will be an awesome experience.”
