Going into week two of their season the Istrouma Indians hosted the McKinley Panthers, and nothing new for the Indians they went into week two undefeated and left week two undefeated, beating the McKinley Panthers 36-6. Five of the touchdowns by Istrouma were either rushed in or thrown in by none other than Istrouma very own Kyree Paul, four of his touchdowns were on the ground, and to top his great night off he even threw for a touchdown to finish off his five touchdown night.
The more the season goes on I think Kyree Paul could have a Tavon Austin type highlight reel for recruits to give him offers, he is the definition of a human highlight reel. To start of the night the first drive by Istrouma was very sloppy, but that all changed by offensive coordinator Byron Wade calling for a fake punt deep in their own territory, and none other than Kyree Paul to run for 70 plus yard down the field for a touchdown. Another insane performance of the Istrouma defense, they held McKinley to a punt on their first drive, just as the last drive ended for Istrouma, it ended in the same exact result, rather than a fake punt, Kyree Paul rushed for a 60 plus yard touchdown, to be over a hundred yard in just the first quarter.
Things did start to slow down in the second quarter for Istrouma, they were very sloppy when it came to getting the ball off in time, getting multiple flags on the drive but finally after about a ten minute drive Kyree Paul punched in his third touchdown of the game. Another dominate stance by the Istrouma defense, it allowed Istrouma to get another shot at the endzone, the Indians air the ball out and it cashes in big with a 30 plus yard reception, then topped off by rushing touchdown by another Istrouma runningback. Thus ending the half 26-0.
The second half of the game was super fast that was highlighted by Kyree Paul fourth touchdown, then a few drives later Kyree Paul gets another touchdown but rather than rushing it in he throws it in a roll style pass play. Finally at the end, Istrouma let some of their young players get in to get some reps, and unfortunately the young players could not hold the Panthers to a goose egg. Final two minutes Istrouma burned the clock till it hit zero to finishing the game 38-6 in Istrouma favor, starting their season 2-0.
