Meet our latest Rising Star standing at 6’2” and 265 pounds, Justin Hernandez is a powerhouse on the offensive line for Elm Grove Middle School. His size and strength make him a dominant force in the trenches, but it’s his work ethic and dedication that truly set him apart. Justin isn’t just focused on being a great player; he’s committed to improving in every aspect of the game and in life.

Determined to take his skills to the next level, Justin trains relentlessly, putting in extra effort both on and off the field. Whether it’s refining his footwork, building strength in the weight room, or increasing his agility, he understands that success comes from hard work and consistency. His focus goes beyond physical training he’s dedicated to growing mentally and becoming a smarter, more disciplined athlete.

In December, Justin had the opportunity to showcase his talents at our Gridiron Football Junior High Bowl game for Team North. The experience gave him great exposure and reinforced his reputation as a rising star in the game.

As he continues to develop, Justin’s drive and determination make him a player to watch. His commitment to improvement, combined with his natural talent, ensures that his best football is still ahead. With his mindset, dedication, and passion for the game, Justin Hernandez is on the path to success.
