GF All-American Bowl Commit: Bryson Meeks

Bryson Meeks is a defensive back for Rosepine High School, which is located in Rosepine, Louisiana. Meeks is a crafty and veteran defensive playmaker for the Eagles and came off a junior season in which he had 72 tackles and two interceptions. At 5’10, 165 pounds with 4.68/40 speed, Meeks is always around the football and is a type of player that will line up wherever needed be for his head coach Brad Ducote. Meeks has lined up at cornerback, safety, linebacker, and even some running back on offense. He will look to show off a lot of that in our Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game at the end of December. Seeing a lot of his former teammates go play in the All-Star game and have success in college after gives him an opportunity to showcase his hard work against some of the best players in the country.

“I was very excited and stunned. It’s something I’ve really looked forward to being a senior this year. Last year, three of our guys from Rosepine attended the bowl game as well so I made sure to work hard this season in hopes of playing in the bowl game also. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to play.”
