DITR: RB Tristan Rose Central High School (Baton Rouge, LA)

Introducing our latest Diamond in the Rough, Tristan Rose, a sharp and explosive running back out of Central High School in Louisiana. Standing at 5’9″ and 170 pounds, Tristan may not be the biggest guy on the field, but he plays with vision, speed, and football instincts that are next level.

What makes Tristan special is his ability to see the field like a veteran. He has incredible vision able to identify holes in tight spaces and hit them with precision. Even in crowded backfields or tough defensive fronts, he stays calm, finds the opening, and takes off. His quick cuts and natural feel for space make him a constant threat to break off big plays.

Tristan’s running style is smooth but aggressive. He’s smart with the ball in his hands and knows when to be patient and when to explode. Whether it’s squeezing through a small gap or bouncing a play outside, he keeps defenders guessing and moves the chains consistently.

Off the field, Tristan is just as focused. He puts in the work to get better every day studying film, grinding through workouts, and staying committed to his craft. His teammates know they can count on him, and his coaches value the discipline and football IQ he brings to every snap.

Tristan Rose is the type of player you build an offense around. With his vision, work ethic, and game-changing ability, he’s a name you’ll be hearing a lot more of in the near future. Central has got a real playmaker in the backfield, and his journey is just getting started.
