DITR: Devontae Mozee

Devontae Mozee is a class of 2022 wide receiver and free safety for Jonesborso-Hodge High School. He is 6’1 and weighs 170. He runs a 4.5 40 time. He is a receiver who know how to make a play by staying open no matter who is defending him. Some of his achievements include making 1st Team All-District, Male Athlete of the Year, placing second in state for track. This season, he has 12 total touchdowns, 8 receiving and 4 defensive. He also has 370 receiving yards, 17 catching, and 160+ defensive yards. Devontae currently has two offers from Louisiana Poly and University of Arkansas-Monticello.

Tell me about yourself.

I’m from Jonesboro, LA. I like sleep, eat, and play football.

How did you start playing football?

My brother. I came from Georgia and I didn’t know anything about sports.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned from football?

Self-control and keeping a good attitude.

What is a long term goal you want to accomplish?

Playing on Sundays.

What keeps you motivated?

The people I’m around where I stay. They keep my out of trouble.
