“I also do track where I compete in shot put.”
Who do you look up to as a role model?
“I look up to my Dad, he’s helped me a lot in my football career. My parents have both blessed me with the opportunity to play so I really appreciate them. I also really look up to J.J. Watt, he’s my favorite player to watch. I watch his highlights all the time and try to translate aspects of his game into mine.”
Is there a professional player that you would compare yourself to?
“J.J. Watt for sure, I try to copy his hand movements. Some of the stuff I try to implement into my game from him would be his one-on-one pass rushing ability. I also like his high motor that allows him to be physical off the snap of the ball.”

“For me, even though I’m a bigger guy I really pride myself on my pass rush. I feel like I use my hands well to get off the ball and get to the quarterback as soon as possible. I like being the guy that you can rely on to make a play in the back field on third down opportunities.”
