Acadiana Christian High School (Lafayette, LA) quarterback Samuel Tullos is one of four quarterbacks that has committed to play in the 2023 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, which will be played at Memorial Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday, December 30th.
Tullos has had a tremendous prep career in which he has led the Defenders to four league championships. The 6’2, 205 pound quarterback is a proven winner and does what good quarterbacks do, and that is lead the team to wins by every means necessary. The Defenders dual threat quarterback has done with his arm by throwing for 4,248 yards and 46 touchdowns, but he has also done it with his legs by adding 2,080 yards rushing and 27 touchdowns on the ground in 27 career games.
The Acadiana Christian quarterback has a high football IQ and has a quick release, but he also has the dynamic ability to extend and make big plays with his legs. As big and physical as he is, Tullos models his playing style after Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
Right now, Tullos has not received any offers, but he has spoken with coaches at Louisiana Christian University. He hopes that a strong showing at the upcoming Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game will not only help him get more college interest, but also put a cap on a great high school career.
“I think this will be a great opportunity for me to showcase my skills and show that I can play football at a high level. I haven’t had very much exposure in my high school career, but hopefully, this will help me get my name out there.”

Besides being a talented athlete and quarterback, Samuel Tullos is very smart having a 4.0 GPA in the classroom and has plenty of other talents including playing the piano. When his playing days are over, he would one day like to own his own gym.
