Let’s give it up for the newest Rising Star, from the class of 2029, Reece LeGrande! Reece was seen showing off at the Gridrion Elite Camp located at Live Oak High School. Reece is an impressive 6’2 and weighs 320 lbs. His bench maxes out at 165 lbs, while his squat and clean are 315 lbs and 185 lbs. Reece’s shuttle and 40 yd dash times were 7.22 and 6.15, while his broad jump was a 6’6. These qualities have contributed to Reece becoming the next Rising Star.

What did you look forward to most at the camp?
“To be able to get my name out.”
What was your favorite drill you tried?
“The 1 on 1’s.”
Was there a specific drill you would like to have done?
“No, they were all good.”
What did you like about the camp?
“The energy.”
What skills do you think you performed well?
“My hand placement.”
Do you think you performed well?
“Kind of, I tried at least.”
If you could have done something differently, what would it have been?
“I would have started working on these skills before coming to the camp.”
Are there any specific skills you would like to improve on?
“My speed and movement.”
What is your biggest strength?
“My ability to notice things quickly.”
Why do you like to play football?
“The physicality.”
Why do you play football?
“It brings me joy.”
Out of all of the camps available, why did you pick us?
“I heard it was good.”
What was your favorite memory from the camp?
“The award ceremony at the end.”
Did you learn any important lessons at the camp?
“To stay to myself, but still lift up others.”
