Ashton Porter is a Class of 2023 Defensive End for Cy Ranch High School in Cypress, Texas. Ashton’s build at 6’4” 235 lbs., makes him nearly impossible to block for opposing offensive linemen. To even have a chance in games, most offenses have to throw a double team at him. However, this doesn’t seem to make a difference as Porter still makes an impact on the game, this can be seen through his 11.5 tackles for loss. (TFL) His greatness on the field was recognized by his district as he was unanimous 1st Team All-District in only his Sophomore season. Ashton may be quite talented on the field, but his talent in the classroom can’t go unnoticed as he has a 3.4 GPA. With Ashton Porter recently being rated a 4-star, he is a player you will want to look out for now in his high school career and at the collegiate level.
