Friday, September 15, 2023, home team Warren Easton played Edna Karr at Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans, LA. As some would say this game was far from close starting out in the first quarter. At halftime, the 2-0, now 3-0, Edna Karr was beating Warren Easton 34-0. Warren Easton was able to make this game not a shut-out putting up two touchdowns in the fourth making the final score 48-14 at the end of the game.
All around it was a good day to be an Edna Karr, besides a couple of mistakes. Two missed PATs by Karr, but one was made up by a two-point conversion. Karr looks to keep their win streak alive while only letting opponents score 14 points on them during the season. Warren Easton will try to bounce back after a huge loss and hopefully get back on the winning path next week.
