Tell me about yourself.

I wrestle and I like to do puzzles. I like to fish, hunt, and I like to go four-wheeler riding.

How did you start playing football?

I started off playing flag football. There was a pee wee team in my area and the coach tried to convince my mom to play. When I got bigger, she finally let me play.

When you think about your football career, what is one of your biggest goals?

To go play in college. I just want to play for as long as I can. I really love it.

What do you think makes you stand out from your competition?

I’m pretty aggressive. When I’m on the field, I think I’m the best. I try to win every rep and I try to show that on the field. I’d say I’m really confident.

What keeps you motivated to push yourself?

The fans. My family and friends. It helps on Friday nights seeing them in the stands cheering me and my teammates on.

What has been a highlight for you in football this far?

Getting a starting spot on varsity when I first got to high school.

What was something early on that made you want to continue to play football?

When I played for the pee wee team, I’d see how much my parents wanted me to succeed, it felt really good. Also, seeing how much support we get now in high school.

What is one of your biggest lessons from football?

Practice makes perfect. You have to keep practicing. You can’t go into something new without knowing something about it.

What is one of your biggest goals for this season?

Win a state championship and get a college scholarship to play football somewhere.
