CAJUNS, OUR LADY OF LOURDES PROVIDING TWO-FOR-ONE TICKETS FOR SOUTH ALABAMA GAME

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns athletic department and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center are coming together for Acadiana to provide “Two-For-One” tickets to flood victims for the Ragin’ Cajuns football game against South Alabama on Saturday (Sept. 17).

Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. The game, which is being sponsored by Our Lady of Lourdes, marks the Sun Belt Conference opener for Louisiana (1-1) and wraps up a three-game home stand to open the season.

“Our Lady of Lourdes is the team behind our team, and we are very thankful to partner with them to come together in helping rebuild our community,” head football coach Mark Hudspeth said. “Acadiana is incredibly strong and resilient. It was amazing to see everyone helping friends, family and neighbors in their time of need. Now, I think it’s important for those who were affected to enjoy a day at Cajun Field filled with food, music and football.”

Tickets must be purchased in person only, while supplies last, at the Cajundome Box Office from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.MondayFriday. Fans who were affected by the flooding are asked to mention the “Our Lady of Lourdes” ticket promotion when purchasing tickets.

Individual tickets purchased before Saturday are $26 (reserved) and $21 (general admission).

Our Lady of Lourdes, a member of the Athletic Healthcare Alliance, will be giving away pom poms at all entrance gates at Cajun Field.
