Just shortly after receiving an offer from LSU, Terrebonne High School three-star wide receiver Kylan Billiot has made his commitment to the Tigers. LSU has always been a dream school for Billiot and he finally got his dream offer after competing in LSU’s 7 on 7 tournament. He has chosen the Tigers over other schools including Georgia Tech, Tulane, Memphis, FIU, Southern Miss, ULL, Louisiana Tech, and other in-state schools.
As a Gridiron Football Top 300 player, Billiot talked to us earlier in February about what it would mean for him to get an offer from his home state school and how the conversations been good with the Tigers coaches.
“LSU probably impressed me the most. Their facility is beautiful and I was comfortable and felt like home.”
Terrebonne High School WR and LSU Commit Kylan Billiot“The conversation went really well and I have talked to Coach Jordan and Coach Hankton, and they tell things I want to hear. I definitely feel comfortable talking to them.”
At 6’3, 190 pounds with 4.5/40 speed, there is a lot to like about Billiot as he fits the mold of what has made LSU a candidate for WRU. He has the speed, basketball background, and leaping ability to make the big play. After making All-District last season with 33 catches for 547 yards and 5 touchdowns, Billiot wants to end his high school career with a bang and show why he is one of the nation’s top rising prospects. He also even models his game after one of the Tigers’ best all-time receivers.
“Justin Jefferson is just so smooth and his story coming out of high school shows me that its not impossible to get at the talent level he is at now.”

Billiot is now the 17th commit in the 2024 class for the LSU Tigers and is the second in-state product to join the Tigers this week as West Feliciana High School four-star safety Joel Rogers also committed to LSU.
