Playing for one of Louisiana’s powerhouse programs in Southern Lab, the Kittens’ speedster wide receiver Keenan Butler has announced that he will be playing in the 2024 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.
At 5’11, 175 pounds, Butler has game changing speed and is always capable of taking a simple catch and turning into a touchdown. With over 10 touchdowns this season, the Kittens’ X factor at wide receiver has helped put the Kittens in position for what could be their third state championship in four years.
Not only can Butler make explosive plays on offense, but the senior leader is not afraid to help his team anyway he can, especially as a blocker. His unselfishness and ability to finish cornerbacks with his blocking ability also is an underrated part of Butler’s game.
His blazing 4.5/40 speed and 3.5 GPA in the classroom have put Butler in position to receive college interests including his first offer from Louisiana Christian.
As Keenan Butler is currently in the playoffs and hoping to have his third state championship, he will have one final chance to represent the green and gold at the 2024 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, which will be played at Memorial Stadium on Monday, December 30th in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
