On a humid and muddy night, the University Lab Cubs and the Glen Oaks Panther met for a Thursday game. The University Lab Cubs dominated on offense and defense the entire game.
In the first quarter, the Cubs scored two touchdowns with two successful extra points making the score 14-0. The ball is intercepted from the Panthers and the Cubs’ offense will come out on offense starting the second quarter.
The Cubs score four touchdowns in the second quarter. #41 for University Lab intercepts the ball twice. He proved to be an asset in turnovers for the Cub’s defense. The second quarter ended with a score of 44-0.
Riley Small scored another Cubs’ touchdown making the score 50-0. #85 Trushaad Bush breaks through the line, intercepts the ball, and scores another Cubs’ touchdown. In the fourth quarter, the Cubs intercepted the Panther ball once again. The final score was 57 Cubs, Panthers 0.
