Natchitoches, LA- The Demons received the ball on the opening kickoff. The Colonels would intercept the ball 2 plays later on a deep pass for the 1st turnover of the evening. Despite the turnover, Nicholls State was forced to punt on their first possession in what looks to be a defensive game.
