Many 4 Star 2024 LB Tylen Singleton Commits To LSU

LSU continues their incredible recruiting run in their own state with another big time commit from the boot. This time, it is Many High School 2024 linebacker Tylen Singleton. The 6’3, 200 pound prospect is a top five player in Louisiana and is the 13th commitment that hails from the Pelican state.

Singleton has accomplished a whole lot over his impressive high school career playing for the Tigers as a linebacker/safety product and making an impact on the field every Friday night since his freshman year. Singleton has also led the Tigers to two state championship titles and three state championship game appearances heading into his senior season.

The multi-time All-State selection is looking to achieve Louisiana Gatorade Player of the Year honors in 2023 after his former teammate Tackett Curtis earned the honor last fall before he ended up committing and enrolling at USC. Also a track athlete in which he has run 22.63 in 200 meter dash and has jumped 6 ft. 2 inches in the high jump, Singleton has thrived on the defensive side of the football after having 75 tackles, 9 TFLs, 2 FFs, and two pick sixes in 2022. Playing for new head coach Dillon Barrett, the new LSU commit will get the chance to play some wide receiver in Many’s offense.

With his verbal commit, this makes it the 19th overall commitment of the 2024 class including four of the top five players from Louisiana.
