Louisiana Gridiron Football Announces All-Star Bowl Game at Louisiana College

Denham Springs, La: Louisiana Gridiron Football (LGF) is proud to announce their first ever LGF All-Star Bowl Game. It will be played at Louisiana College’s Wildcat Stadium in Pineville, La at 1 p.m. on Saturday December 29th. Gates will open at 11:30 a.m. and tickets will be sold outside the gate for $10 each, $5 for children 12 and under, and $5 for active duty military/ veterans/ first responders with valid ID.

This game features 100 of the best high school seniors from across the state. Players like Running Back Freddie Mango from Delta Charter High School who has committed to Tulane University, ATH Byron Lockhart from Walker High School who has received offers from Arizona State and Louisiana Tech, and Tight End Brandon Hubicz from Catholic High of Baton Rouge who has offers from Louisiana Tech and Cincinnati. These young men are the stars of football tomorrow. 

LGF is also proud to announce that the game will be coached by several high-profile coaches and celebrity coaches. Coaches Dennis Dunn (Pineville High School), and Jason McClendon (Lakeside High School) will be the two head coaches. Coach Dunn is the prior head coach of Louisiana College and has won several Louisiana State Championships. Coach McClendon has won several State Championships in Texas before moving to Louisiana and turning around a team that had not won a game in three years. In his first season at Lakeside he took them to the playoffs and hosted their first home playoff game in school history and was named as the LGF Coach Of The Year. Other coaches for the game are; Marcus Randall, National Champion QB (LSU) and Blue Grass Miracle QB, Marlon Favorite, National Champion DT (LSU) and Super Bowl Champion DT (New Orleans Saints), and Trey Langley prior LSU OL and Washington Redskin OL.

This year’s game will be live broadcasted by Rich Dupree and Doug Gann of 104.3 the Bridge in Alexandria (www.1043thebridge.net ) and will air across the state. Rich and Doug will also be the play by play announcers which will be live streamed on Louisiana Gridiron Football’s Facebook page and the Louisiana College Athletics Facebook page.
