Kaiden Thomas is the Quarterback for The Willow School of New Orleans. Thomas is a senior, graduating in the Class of 2026. Kaiden joined the team in his Sophomore year and climbed his way to the starting position for the team. On the field Thomas routinely finds receiver in open space and boasts incredibly accuracy on deep passes. He is able to drop passes in the bread basket in-and-out every week against his opponents. Kaiden Thomas had also won the Manning Futures award in week 5.
I got an interview with the Senior Quarterback regarding his history playing football and some other questions as well.
“Who is your greatest inspiration?”
“Definitely my Mom, she has always been my why and my driving force to succeed”
“Who is your favorite football player?”
“It has always been Drew Brees watching him growing up has inspired me so much.”
“What has been your greatest adversity that you have overcome playing football?”
“My greatest adversity, probably has just having someone always trying to take my spot. I barely played Sophomore year and some more my Junior season. I look back on it now and I notice how much it has helped me.”
“What offers do you have at the moment?”
“I have two offers as of now, one from a D2 and D3 school. The D2 Offer is from South Georgia Institute and the other is from North Vermilion in Minnesota.”
“How interested are you in those offers?”
“I am not too drawn to those programs just because they haven’t shown so much effort, the location of the schools and programs don’t draw enough attention. I also have other interests other than college.”
“What would you want to study if you were to go to college?”
“Probably either Sport Psychology or Sport Medicine.”
“Have you played any other sports?”
“8 weeks before Spring football practice I trained with the Track & Field team to gain some speed.”
