He is an essential player because of his versatility in the game. When Jeremiah plays, he plays with intensity, which motivates everyone around him to step up their game. He will be unmatched in football if he keeps succeeding.

How did you get started in football, and what inspired you to play the sport?

I was always a basketball kid but after not playing the sport my sophomore year I fell out of love. And that’s how I found football. I see my potential at such a high standard for me right now that I have to reach my junior year.

Can you share a memorable moment or game that stands out in your football career so far?

Airline vs parkway jv game-2023-2024.

What positions do you enjoy playing the most, and why?

I like playing defensive back because I get to be a different person on the field once I find that zone. I can shut anybody down.

How do you balance schoolwork and football during the season?

I personally do my work before bed, so I can do everything else I need to during the day rather than at night.

What aspects of your game do you feel you have improved upon the most since you started playing?

Being more aggressive and confident with the game, working on press man and off man and knowing the game.

What are your individual goals for the upcoming football season?

My goals are to be more aggressive, competitive, and being more into the game. I’m transferring to a new school so working with a new team to try and compete for a spot. Fly around the field more to get more tackles.

Are there any professional football players you look up to, and if so, why?

Jaylan Ramsey and Sauce Gardner because they are two great cornerbacks and have the potential that I could possibly reach.

How do you stay motivated during practices and training sessions, especially when facing tough drills or exercises?

I think about the future, “if I give up would I give up in a game?” Things like that to see if I’m really mentally motivated for anything that I come across at practice, training sessions etc.

What advice would you give to other young players?

Focus on your grind, don’t be in the drama, or girl trouble. Focus on your craft and school work.

Aside from football, what is an interesting fact about you?

I feel like people don’t think I’m really smart. School has always been my thing and that is something I take seriously.

Which college would you most like to play for?

I would love to play at a college that feels like home, or whichever ever college treats me right.

What did it mean to be a part of the Gridiron football camp?

It means a lot to me because it was my first ever football camp I been too. I enjoyed it and gotten better ever since.

What are your biggest strengths on the field?

Having my areas contained, tackle, and ball coverage are definitely my biggest strengths on the field.

Gabby Harvey
