Aaron Rodgers Out?

T

The Green Bay Packers, its fans, and dedicated owners greatest fear may be coming to fruition. QB Aaron Rodgers suffered a broken right collarbone (yes that’s his throwing arm!), and there’s a chance he may miss the rest of the season. The Packers entered Week 6 at 4–1 which placed them in first place in the NFC North. We all know what happened the last time Rodgers was out for a season so in my opinion the division is now wide open. It is a sad day and the Packers are no longer the NFC favorites.

Brett Hundley will now be at the helm as the starter for Green Bay. This will be Hundley’s third season with the team. Hundley has demonstrated some great abilities but Mike McCarthy will have his work cut out for him trying to get the team back into sink with its new starter. Coach Mike McCarthy announced Monday that Rodgers will have surgery on his collarbone “in the near future” but no further details were given.

I’m still in shock and don’t have very high hopes, but let’s see what Mike can pull out of his hat. I will update you on Aarons injury as soon as I know more.

Everyone pray for a miracle…….

UPDATE 10-21-17 It has been reported  that QB Aaron Rodgers had surgery yesterday and doctors say all went well. No further details have been given at this time.
