Tulane Football Head Coach Willie Fritz Radio Show Makes 2017 Season Debut on August 30

NEW ORLEANS –  Tulane head football coach Willie Fritz’s Weekly Radio Show makes its 2017 season debut on Wednesday, Aug. 30 from 6-7 p.m. at Manning’s (519 Fulton Street).

Green Wave fans can take part in the show by attending in person and enjoying great specials. Parking is validated in Manning’s for the Harrah’s Casino parking deck (501 Convention Center Blvd.). Fans can listen to the show worldwide through the Tulane All-Access digital platform, the Tulane IMG Network TuneIn app, and on Fox Sports Radio New Orleans via 1280 AM, 101.1 FM HD2 and the iHeart Radio app. Fans can take part in the show by submitting questions via @GreenWaveFB on Twitter or by calling in at 855-325-7877.

The hour-long show, sponsored by Dos Equis and hosted by “The Voice of the Green Wave” Todd Graffagnini, will once again feature segments each week with Fritz breaking down the previous game and previewing the upcoming matchup along with special guest appearances by football assistant coaches and student-athletes and head coaches of Tulane’s other varsity athletics programs.

“Manning’s is excited to host the Willie Fritz Radio Show again this fall,” said Manning’s general manager Scott Love. “We look forward to hosting the many Green Wave fans out to support the show on Wednesday nights.”

The remaining shows will be on Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m., except for the show prior to the Oct. 27 Memphis game. That show will be Tuesday, Oct. 24 from 7-8 p.m.

The Green Wave open the 2017 season on Saturday, Sept. 2 at Yulman Stadium against Grambling State. Season tickets, mini-plans and single-game tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 504-861-WAVE (9283), logging onto TulaneTix.com or visiting the ticket office at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center. Season tickets that includes all six home games during the 2017 season start as low as $200 for a single book and $300 for a family four-pack. Mini plans include the 3rd & Goal package for $75 and the Homecoming & Lagniappe package for $65. Seats are available in locations throughout Yulman Stadium.
