Rising Star, WR/DB Kelton Bennett, Griffin Middle (Lake Providence, Louisiana)

Kelton Bennett is a 6’0″ WR/DB out of Lake Providence, Louisiana. The 2028 prospect has a 3.8 GPA and is a very talented athlete. When asked who he compares himself to he stated, “DK Metcalf and Julio Jones”. His reasoning for it was simple: He has Metcalf’s size and strength and Jones’s speed and jumping ability. Bennett’s athleticism translates to the field well, too. Throughout his young football career, he has already produced 48 total tackles, 12 TDs, 485 total yards and an astonishing 82 interceptions.

Bennett dominated in the Gridiron Football Junior High All-American Bowl Game, where he had 1 catch for 4 yards, a 1.5 total tackles and a forced fumble. He was a standout player whose efforts helped Team East bring home the victory. Below is an interview he had at the bowl game.
