Grand Lake came into this game 7-1 while East Iberville was 8-1. The first touchdown of the night was scored by Christopher Murrell, Senior for Grand Lake. A few second later, East Iberville responded with an 80 yard touchdown by Jaden Williams. The Tigers went for the two point conversion, bringing the scoreboard to 8-7. That would be the only touchdown of the night for the Tigers. Christopher Boudreaux, Senior cornerback, was also a standout player for the Tigers as he was very crafty and swift the whole game. The final touchdown of the night would be scored by the Hornets, leaving the final score at 13-8. The Grand Lake Hornets are now 8-1 and take on #1 Oak Grove next for a State Championship.
