What is your favorite part about football?

“I love being able to compete. Competition is what drives me as a person and football is a great platform for that.”

What is something you have learned playing football?

“You aren’t going to win every game, and that is ok. Football is about maturing and becoming a man not all winning.

Do you play any other sports?

“Yes I play basketball, track, and I wrestle.”

Who is your favorite College Team?

“I would have to say Ole Miss.”

Who is your favorite NFL Team?

“I am a fan of the Washington Commanders.”

Do you have any players that you emulate your game after?

“Yes I like to watch how Luke Kuechly used to play the game.”

Who is your biggest role model?

“My mom, she is my everything. She has given me every opportunity possible and I am grateful for that.”

How do you balance school and football?

“School comes first then football, I am a student before an athlete.”

How do you prepare for a game?

“I will watch film during the day, then once I am in the fieldhouse it is all business, I just want to be as locked in as possible.

What is the hardest part about football?

“Dealing with losing can be hard. Accepting the loss isn’t easy.”

What does being a good teammate mean to you?

“It means everything to me. Without good teammates there will be no successes within the program.”

What has been your best football memory so far?

“Having the opportunity to play in AT&T Stadium in the offense-defense All American Game.”

What sets you apart from other players?

“That would be my constant determination and my IQ.”
