It’s official! The seventh annual Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game is returning back to where it all started and that is Louisiana Christian University in Pineville, Louisiana.

The seeds of this All-American Bowl Game were planted at LCU as this was the first host site back in 2018 and 2019. Originally named as the LGF All-Star game, the success of those early years in Pineville has grown to what is now the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game. Over the years, players from Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Tennessee, and even Canada have taken part to play against some of the best high school talent the United States has to offer. For Gridiron Football CEO Andy Bryson, it is a no-brainer to come back to Pineville and show how much the product has grown.

“LCU holds a special place in my heart because that’s what got Gridiron Football its start. It is not only where I put the first bowl game, but it is where I did my first interview as the owner of Gridiron Football with Dennis Dunn. Since hosting the bowl game there in 2018 and 2019, people have asked me all the time about bring it back to LCU. The coaches are excited about coming back and the players are excited to showcase their skills in front of college coaches especially at LCU. We really appreciate the relationship that Gridiron Football has with LCU and cannot wait to be back at Pineville for the 7th annual Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game!”

Rivaling other prestigious All-American games like the Navy All-American Game and the Under Armour All-American Bowl Game, the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game has been one of the most successful in sending players to the next level. In fact, the game has a 98% success rate at securing college offers and over a 50% success rate in signing players. Through six years, there have been at least 300 players that have signed to play college football. AJ Gillie also made history this year by being the first Gridiron All-American to sign with a NFL team in the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent.

Not just anybody gets to play in the bowl game as only the best are selected and recognized. Players must maintain at least a 2.8 GPA and have been recognized as either All-District, All-Metro, or All-State selections.
