Our first official out of state commitment comes from the state of Florida for the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game and that is Martin County High School (Stuart, FL) RB Paul Hendrix.
At 6’2, 220 pounds, Hendrix is a power back that has the ability to run right through you, but at the same time, has deceptive open field speed to outrace defenders. He is one of those runners that deliver the blows more than the defenders do as his violent, bullying running style wears out opposing defenses. As the workhorse running back for the Tigers, Hendrix helped lead the team to winning seasons every year including an eight win season this year.
Rated as a four-star running back by Gridiron Football, Hendrix has been an accomplished running back over his prep career. As a junior, the Tigers’ big bruising running back earned the Offensive Team MVP honors after a huge season and this was after winning the Most Improved Offensive Player his sophomore year. Hendrix will once again achieve a lot of hardware at the end of his senior season rushing for nearly 800 yards on the ground and 12 touchdowns.
Running like a man amongst boys with his big frame to go along with his ability to cut and his vision has attracted the attention of many colleges including Florida Atlantic and others. Along with a 3.7 GPA, Paul Hendrix checks a lot of boxes that college coaches are looking for including size, physicality, and most importantly, work ethic on and off the field.
He will get the opportunity to showcase his skills at a national level in the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game that will take place on Tuesday, December 30th in front of college coaches at Louisiana Christian University in Pineville, Louisiana.
“Being invited to play in the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game is an opportunity that means a great deal to me both as an athlete and as a young man working towards a college football career.”
“This event represents a major opportunity for me to gain exposure to college scouts and recruiters, which is something that could make a real difference in my future. I believe this opportunity will not only help me grow as an athlete, but also as a leader and role model for younger players in my community.”
