DITR: Ellis Stewart, QB/WR/CB, Cecilia High School

Ellis Stewart is a multiple position guy for the Cecilia Bulldogs, playing quarterback , wide receiver, and cornerback for his team. Stewart does not back down from the challenge of maintaining these multiple positions, for Stewart has produced outstanding numbers at each position. Just last week Stewart put up an impressive stat line, going 10-12 with 190 yards and 5 touchdowns at the quarterback position. He would also have 9 rushing attempts for 197 yards and a touchdown to follow. On the defensive side of the ball Stewart was able to gain 2 solo tackles as well. When talking to Stewart he explained that no matter where he is at on the field he will always give 100% each snap that he is in the game. The stats prove that Stewart is a man of his word, playing a key part in the Cecilia offense and defense. The success does not end here for Stewart, for he is also 1st Team All District in baseball and football, 2nd Team All District in basketball, and an All State finalist in football. Stewart is a player that dedicates time and energy to his craft and wants to put his name against any player in the state. Look for Stewart to be a impactful player for the Bulldogs throughout the rest of the season and in their matchup against Beau Chene tonight at 7pm.
