Kenny Thomas is the speedy running-back out of of North Desoto High. With a frame of 5’9, 170 pounds, the junior running-back runs a 4.55 40 yard dash and has a 4.0 GPA. His stats through 7 games consist of 1059 yards on 123 carries (8.6 YPC), 17 TDs and averaging 151.3 Yards Per Game. When did you start playing football & what made you start playing

“I started playing at 5 years old, because my dad told me to try it.”

What do you love about football?

“I love having another family outside of home everyday.”

What player, NFL or College did you model your game after?

“I model my game after two running-backs, Chris Johnson and Jahmyr Gibbs.”

What would your teammates say about you?

“My teammates would say that I have an energetic personality and I work very hard.”

What is your motivation?

“My motivation currently is always making it to the next level. First to college then to NFL.”

What parts of your game are you working on right now?

“Currently, I am trying to work on my route running and receiving back ability to be more of a dual-threat.”

What is your goal for this season?

“My goal for the rest of the season is to rush for 2,000 yards.”

What game or moment in the game has been your favorite up to this point?

“My favorite game would have to be the Union parish game.”

What do you do on your free time outside of school?

“During my free time, I like to sleep, workout, and go to LA Tech games when I can.”

What is one thing that you think college coaches and recruiters should know about you?

“They should know that I am very electric and I will impact any team that I am on positively.”

What do you think your best trait is?

“My best trait is definitely my speed and my acceleration after cuts.”
