Javae Gilmore is a safety/linebacker hybrid in the class of 2022 and plays for Amite High School in Amite, Louisiana. Javae comes from an athletic family as his older brother, Amani Gilmore, was committed to the university of Kentucky as a dual-threat quarterback before transferring to the University of North Texas Mean Green. With this athleticism, he plays both the safety and linebacker positions with great energy and brings good cover skills to blanket the opponent.
