Christian Schultz is a class of 2022 K/P for Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville, FL. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 190. Christian handles all the kicking duties for Sandalwood, including extra points, field goals, kick-offs, punting, and he can tackle if needed. It comes as no surprise that he also plays varsity soccer at Sandalwood, as you can tell where his leg talent comes from. Christian is a hard-working player that can handle all your kicking duties and is not affected by the noise around him.

How long have you been playing football? I’ve been playing football since the 5th grade.
Do you have any role models? Josh Lambo, he is a great kicker and always gives back to the community and is great guy.
Do you play any other sports? I play varsity soccer here at Sandalwood.
Has playing football taught you any valuable lessons? Nothing comes easy, if you want to achieve your dreams you have to work very hard for them.
Do you have anything you want to throw out there for people to know about you? I’m a big kicker so if I need to make a tackle I can.
What do you enjoy the most about playing K/P? It is a lot more fun than people think.
Do you prefer playing kicker or punter? I definitely prefer playing kicker, I love the pressure and I love scoring points.
What are you thinking pre-snap before a kick? I just stay confident and keep telling myself I got this.
How do you handle pressure from crowds on important punts/kicks? I just block out the noise and focus on what I need to do, the crowd doesn’t really affect me.
What are you doing to get better? I practice almost every day after school, working on my technique and doing anything to get better.
What is something recruiters should know about you? You will get 100% effort from me, no matter what it is.
