How did you into football growing up?

Growing up I was not really into sports much, so I did not play.  Once my 8th grade year came, my dad took me to a football game in Alabama.  I saw how much he was into the game and I decided I really wanted to play.  I have played ever since.

What kind of an impact does football have on your life?

It has a very big impact on my life.  Football changed a lot of things that have happened in my life for the best and it is truly fun.  It has helped my future for me to go to college and play college football.

What other hobbies do you have besides football?

Since I did not really grow up playing a lot of sports, I do not really have many hobbies except football.  Because football is my life.

What kind of leader do you see yourself on your team?

I definitely see myself as a leader on my team.  I see myself as a vocal leader and a leader on the field.  I can use my voice when need be but I try to show my hard work on the field so that everyone will see my hard work and go all out themselves.

Who is your biggest inspiration in your life?

I would say my dad because he was the person that got me into football.  When he used to play sports, he was very good, and I look up to him and want to be like he is.  He works hard every single day so that I can have a good life.

What do you see for yourself in the future?

I see myself finishing high school and eventually going off to college to play football for whatever team I can get on and play to the best of my ability.

What does it mean to be going to the bowl game?

Being invited to go to the bowl game means everything to me.  I know a lot of the guys going to the bowl game and it is just a great opportunity that we get to play with each other on the same team instead of against each other.  Being able to do that makes me excited.

What do you love about the game?

I love the physicality of the game, but the game is more than just a game where guys hit each other.  It’s a game of heart and skill and brotherhood.
