Every year, the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game has proven to be one of the most successful high school all-star events in the country when it comes to not only promoting young athletes, but also in helping send players to the college level. That showed on National Signing Day as majority of the seniors that played in the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game have signed their NLIs to continue playing football at the collegiate level all the way from the DI level to NAIA.
Gridiron Football takes pride in the fact that through the seven years of the All-Star event, there has been a 98% success rate in giving players an opportunity to play at the college level. The 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game has proven to be no different with players from multiple different states signing to continue their playing careers and with four different teams this year, players got even more reps and more opportunities to showcase their talents. Team Lions:
Woodlawn High School (Baton Rouge, LA) DB Cayden Randall Signs With Southeastern Louisiana University:
Woodlawn High School (Baton Rouge, LA) DB Cayden Randall was the first overall pick in the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game Draft by the Lions as Andy Bryson took him away from his dad Marcus Randall and the Tigers. The gamble paid off big time as the second-generation college player won Defensive MVP honors while leading the Tigers to the bowl game championship. Leading a loaded Lions defense in tackles with 4.5, Randall made a huge impact on special teams during both games with a bunch of bone crushing hits on kickoffs to set the tone for the defense during their wins against the Tigers and the Knights. Randall made a lot of big hits for the Woodlawn Panthers this year as he had 49 tackles, 1 INT, 3 FFs, and 5 PBUs while also playing quarterback for the team this season throwing for five touchdowns and running for another 10. Randall has signed to play college football at safety for Southeastern Louisiana University.



Lafayette High School (Lafayette, LA) DB Kendrick Cahee Jr. Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Lafayette High School (Lafayette, LA) DB Kendrick Cahee Jr. has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. The All-District selection for the Lions finished his senior season with 87 tackles, 5 TFLs, 6 PBUs, and 3 INTs. Representing the Lions, Cahee had a very strong bowl game performance as he had a half tackle, 1 TFL, and 1 PBU.


Lufkin High School (Lufkin, TX) LB Desmen Hood Jr. Signs With Pitt State:
Lufkin High School (Lufkin, TX) LB Desmen Hood has signed to play college football at Pitt State University. The 6’1, 220-pound 1st Team All-State linebacker was a tackling machine for the Panthers where he finished with a staggering 130 tackles with 11.0 tackles-for-loss, 5.0 quarterback sacks and six pass breakups. In the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, Hood finished the two games by having 2.5 tackles, 2 TFLs, and 2 PBUs.


Delhi High School (Delhi, LA) WR Devin Miles Commits To Belhaven University:
Delhi High School (Delhi, LA) WR Devin Miles has committed to play football for Belhaven University. The 6’3, 170-pound receiver was a do it all athlete for the Bears as he made 1st Team All-District three times as a wide receiver, 1st Team All-District as a defensive back, and 1st Team All-District at kicker.


Albany High School (Albany, LA) RB Jonah Grob Signs With Bethel College:
Albany High School (Albany, LA) RB Jonah Grob has announced his commitment to Bethel College. The 6’0, 200 pound power back from Albany shined in this year’s Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game as he was named the offensive MVP of the Lions team as he finished with 10 carries for 71 yards and two touchdowns including the game winning touchdown in the bowl game championship against the Knights. Grob’s outstanding performance in the bowl game was just an example of what kind of player he has been for the Hornets as he ran for over 1,900 yards and 20 touchdowns making him a runner-up for our Gridiron Football Player of the Year award.



Lafayette High School (Lafayette, LA) WR Jamieon Brown Signs With Millikin University:
Lafayette High School (Lafayette, LA) WR Jamieon Brown has signed to play college football at Millikin University. Throughout his high school career, Brown has been a top playmaker for the Lions on both sides of the football, especially at wide receiver where he has been a two time All-Acadiana selection, a two time All-State selection, and even a two-time team captain. In the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, he played both ways and finished with 1.5 tackles on defense.


Escambia High School (Pensacola, FL) DT Andrion Battle Signs With Northwest Community College:
Escambia High School (Pensacola, FL) defensive tackle Andrion Battle has signed to play college football at Northwest Mississippi Community College. At 6’3, 260 pounds, Battle was a tough one to handle for opposing offensive linemen in the 2025 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game as he was in heavy consideration for the Lions’ Defensive MVP award with four tackles, 1.5 sacks, 1 TFL, 1 PBU, and 2 QB hurries to help his coach Gary Cowart and the rest of the team come up with the championship title. The All-Pensacola team selection is definitely a player to keep an eye on in the future as he is a DI caliber player with interest and an offer from South Florida.


Palestine High School (Palestine, TX) DB Don Brooks Signs With Nelson University:
Palestine High School (Palestine, TX) defensive back Don Brooks has signed to play college football for Nelson University, which is a NAIA university located in Waxahachie, Texas. At 6’2, 160 pounds with 4.47/40 speed, Brooks showed why he was a lockdown cornerback for Palestine High School at this year’s Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game by recording one tackle, one TFL, and two pass breakups to help the Lions win the championship.


Grant High School (Dry Pong, LA) LB Braeden Slone Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Grant High School (Dry Pong, LA) LB Braeden Slone has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. The 5’11, 200-pound two-time All-District linebacker selection was the heart and soul of the Cougars’ defense this season with 87 tackles and 14 TFLs. Slone is just another standout Grant defender to play on that side of the football in the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game just in the last three years.


Bunkie High School (Bunkie, LA) RB Zion Lee Signs With Navy:
Bunkie High School (Bunkie, LA) RB Zion Lee has signed to play college football at the Naval Academy. The 5’11, 225 pound bruising running back has been a staple over his prep career on both sides of the football. Over his legendary prep career, he finished second in program history in career rushing touchdowns (45), ninth in career rushing yards (2,492), tied first in single season rushing touchdowns (30), fourth in career tackles (340), most rushing touchdowns in one game (6), and fifth in career total touchdowns (48) while being a three time All-District selection, a two-time 1st Team All-District selection, and an All-State selection while having an incredible 4.4 GPA in the classroom.


Lee Williams High School (Kingman, AZ) LB Bryson Vaughn Signs With Arizona Christian:
The one Arizona representative from the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game has signed to play college football at the next level and that is Lee Williams High School (Kingman, AZ) LB Bryson Vaughn, who signed with Arizona Christian University, which is a NAIA university in Glendale, Arizona. The former Lafayette Lion made his home in Arizona as he was a team captain and a 1st Team All-District linebacker after leading the team with 74 tackles and 14 tackles for loss. A vocal team leader known for his intensity and instincts were a great asset to the tough Lions defense as he finished with three tackles and a sack during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


Archbishop Hannan High School (Covington, LA) LB Greyson Dupre Signs With Millsaps:
Archbishop Hannan High School (Covington, LA) LB Greyson Dupre has signed to play college football at Millsaps College. The former Gridiron Football Player of the Week had an excellent senior campaign for the Hawks as he finished with 1st Team All-District honors with a whopping 134 total tackles after having 112 tackles his junior season. The Hannan tackling machine was part of a tough linebacking core for the Lions as he finished the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game with 2.5 tackles and a very crucial sack to help the team win the championship.


Grant High School (Dry Pong, LA) DE Jake Glass Signs With Northwestern State:
Grant High School (Dry Pong, LA) DE Jake Glass has signed to play college football at Northwestern State. The 6’4, 245 pound edge rusher has been a team leader for the Cougars while making 2nd Team All-District honors. Glass was a part of an incredible defensive line for the Lions during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


DeSoto Central High School (Southaven, MS) TE Gage Davis Signs With Mississippi Delta Community College:
Mississippi native Gage Davis has signed to play college football with Mississippi Delta Community College. The DeSoto Central tight end was a lead blocker for the Jaguars the last two seasons, but he showed his pass catching skills as well during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game with a 13 yard catch to put the Lions in the red zone.


Escambia High School (Pensacola, FL) OL Xion Miller Signs With Northeast Mississippi Community College:
Escambia High School (Pensacola, FL) offensive lineman Xion Miller has signed to play college football with Northeast Mississippi Community College. At 6’3, 325 pounds, Miller, who has been a Player of the Week for the Gators, was a staple on a physical offensive line for the Lions’ 2026 Gridiron Football Championship squad that ran for over 100 yards and paved the way for Jonah Grob’s MVP performance.


Timber Creek High School (Fort Worth, TX) OL Kaden Keiser Signs With Texas A&M Texarkana:
Timber Creek High School (Fort Worth, TX) OL Kaden Keiser has signed to play college football at Texas A&M Texarkana, which is a NAIA program in Texarkana, Texas. The 6’4, 240 pound offensive tackle prospect was an All-District Honorable Mention Selection last season as well as a 1st Team All-Academic All-District Selection with a 3.5 GPA in the classroom. Keiser was one of the anchors for the Lions’ Gridiron Football championship offensive line.


Jennings High School (Jennings, LA) DE Zion Leonard Signs With Lyon College:
Jennings High School (Jennings, LA) DE Zion Leonard has signed with Lyon College, which is a NAIA university in Batesville, Arkansas. The long, rangy 6’2, 195 pound defensive end was one of the defensive leaders for the Bulldogs last season as he had 68 tackles, 9 sacks, and 18 TFLs. Leonard played a key role in a deep defensive line rotation for the Lions to win the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Championship.


Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA) OL Ian Wallace Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA) center Ian Wallace signed with Louisiana Christian University. Protecting his quarterback Bryce Restovich, who was one of the state’s leading passers this past season, the 6’2, 290 pound center earned 1st Team All-District and 2nd Team All-State honors in guiding the Flyers to a semifinal playoff appearance. Wallace also commanded a Lions offensive line to the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Championship at the end of the season.


Southaven High School (Southaven, MS) OL Jackson Taylor Signs With Coahoma Community College:
Southaven High School (Southaven, MS) offensive lineman Jackson Taylor signed to play college football at Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale, Mississippi. At 6’6, 280, Taylor was a team captain and a student ambassador for his high school. He chose to stay home over other schools like Millsaps College, Lane College, and Community Christian. Taylor was a big part in the Lions’ success on a strong offensive line for the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


Jennings High School (Jennings, LA) DL Nate Broussard Signs With Arkansas Monticello:
Jennings High School (Jennings, LA) defensive tackle Nate Broussard has signed to play college football at Arkansas Monticello. The three-time All-District selection and two time All-Parish selection is coming off a great senior campaign for the Bulldogs with 75 tackles, 33 TFLs, 4.5 sacks, and 2 FFs. The 6’3, 300-pound Team Captain showed why he was nearly unblockable during his high school career with 1.5 sacks in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


Delhi High School (Delhi, LA) DL Zion Hogan Signs With Coffeyville Community College:
Delhi High School (Delhi, LA) defensive lineman Zion Hogan has signed to play college football with Coffeyville Community College. At 6’8, 265 pounds, Hogan was the tallest player in this year’s Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game. Over his prep career, the two-way lineman for the Bears played like his size as he made All-District three times both on the offensive line and on the defensive line. For the Lions, Hogan made it tough for offensive linemen to block as he finished the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game with two tackles, one sack, one TFL, and two quarterback hurries.


Team Knights:
Jonesboro Hodge High School (Jonesboro, LA) RB Landon Boston Signs With Ottawa University:
Jonesboro Hodge High School (Jonesboro, LA) RB Landon Boston has signed to play college football with Ottawa University, which is a NAIA university located in Ottawa, Kansas. Throughout his career with the Tigers, Boston has been a key two-way player. Despite missing a couple of games due to injury, Boston still made an impact in guiding the team to the Quarterfinals by rushing for 675 yards and five touchdowns in his first year playing running back. Prior to that, Boston just played linebacker where he earned second-team all-state honors as a sophomore and then backed that up with a strong junior season, totaling 89 tackles. During the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, Boston got the Knights started with an explosive 42 yard run.


Buckeye High School (Buckeye, LA) LB Ty Curtis Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Buckeye High School (Buckeye, LA) LB Ty Curtis has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. Curtis had a very productive senior season earning 1st Team All-State, All-Parish, All-District, and All-CenLa honors with 110 tackles, 7 TFLs, 1 sack, 1 PBU, 3 FFs, 2 FRs, and 6 QB hurries. The season was highlighted by a Week 3 performance in which he received Gridiron Football Player of the Week honors by having 24 total tackles (14 solo, 10 assists) in a 27-26 win over South Beauregard. Curtis finished the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game series with 4 tackles and 1 TFL for the Knights.


Hallsville High School (Hallsville, TX) DB Jaidon Henderson Commits To Arkansas Baptist:
From the state of Texas, Hallsville High School DB Jaidon Henderson has committed to play college football at Arkansas Baptist, which is a NAIA university located in Little Rock, Arkansas. During his senior season, Henderson finished with 38 tackles and 7 pass breakups. Henderson showcased his skills as a punt returner during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game for the Knights as he not only had one, but he had two big returns.

Prairieville High School (Prairieville, LA) LB Eric Williams II Signs With St. Mary of the Woods College:
Prairieville High School (Prairieville, LA) LB Eric Williams II has signed to play college football for St. Mary of the Woods College, which is a NAIA university located in Saint Mary of the Woods, Indiana. Williams was a two way standout for the Prairieville Hurricanes playing both running back and linebacker. As a three-time All-District selection, Williams finished with 65 tackles and four quarterback hurries plus three rushing touchdowns on offense this past season.


Pineville High School (Pineville, LA) RB Ayden Tate Commits To Kilgore College:
Pineville High School (Pineville, LA) RB Ayden Tate has committed to play for Kilgore College, which is a junior college located in Kilgore, Texas. The Rebels’ workhorse running back earned Offensive MVP and 2nd Team All-District honors and was highlighted by a 403 rushing yards and 4 TDs his junior season against Tioga. The Knights advanced to the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game Championship Game thanks to the efforts of Tate, who earned Offensive MVP honors with three rushing touchdowns in a 31-21 win over the Demons. Overall, Tate finished with 13 carries for 63 yards and three scores in front of his hometown fans.


Peabody Magnet High School (Alexandria, LA) LB Alonzo Joseph Signs With Sterling College:
Peabody Magnet High School (Alexandria, LA) LB Alonzo Joseph signs with Sterling College. Joseph earned 2nd Team All-District honors for the Warhorses this past season. For the Knights, Joseph finished with 2.5 tackles, a forced fumble, and 2 quarterback hurries to help them advance to the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game Championship Game against the Lions.


Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA) OL Torrey Landry Jr. Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA) offensive lineman Torrey Landry Jr. has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. At 6’4, 240 pounds, Landry had a great senior season in leading the Knights all the way to the semifinals where he made 1st Team All-District while having 45 pancake blocks and giving up only one sack. He played a massive role during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game for the Knights by paving the way for Ayden Tate’s three rushing touchdowns in a 31-21 win over the Demons.


Rosepine High School (Rosepine, LA) OL Theodore Wogomon Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Rosepine High School (Rosepine, LA) offensive lineman Theodore Wogomon has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. The 6’0, 285 pound product was a 1st Team All-District selection for the Eagles this past season. With a 3.9 GPA, Wogomon chose to play for the Wildcats over other collegiate offers including Lyon College and Capital University. Wogomon played a big role for the Knights during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game paving the way for three rushing touchdowns from Ayden Tate.


Team Demons:
St. Martinville High School (St. Martinville, LA) LB Kohen Clues Signs With Southern University:
St. Martinville High School (St. Martinville, LA) linebacker Kohen Clues has signed to play college football with Southern University for NFL Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk. At 6’1, 205 pounds, Clues was a two way standout for the Tigers where he ran for 302 yards and five touchdowns on offense while stuffing the stat sheet on defense with 130 tackles, 20 TFLs, 14 QB hurries, 2 FFs, 2 sacks, and 2 FG blocks. The two time All-District selection finished the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game with 1.5 tackles and 1 PBU for the Demons.


Patterson High School (Patterson, LA) QB Hayven Keller Signs With Community Christian College:
Patterson High School (Patterson, LA) QB Hayven Keller has signed to play for Community Christian College. The three year starting quarterback for the Lumberjacks threw for 2,386 yards and 31 touchdowns his senior season. During the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, Keller showcased his skills as a dual threat quarterback both throwing and running for the Demons.


Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) RB Zalen Bennett Commits To Jackson State University:
Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) running back Zalen Bennett has committed to play for Jackson State University in the SWAC. The 6’1, 195 pound running back was a two time All-District selection and All-State honorable mention after having back to back seasons in which he ran for over 1,400 yards and 15 touchdowns. Bennett was in the running for the Demons’ Offensive MVP Award and proved to be a part of a great 1-2 punch between himself and eventual MVP Skyler Edwards out of St. Charles Catholic with 10 carries for 54 yards and a touchdown.

St. Martinville High School (St. Martinville, LA) LB Khyrie Francisco Signs With Centenary College:
St. Martinville High School (St. Martinville, LA) linebacker Khyrie Francisco has signed to play college football with Centenary College. Like his teammate Kohen Clues, Francisco is an All-District athlete that excelled on both sides of the football as a quarterback and a linebacker. Despite playing only three games at linebacker, Francisco showcased his skills as the Defensive MVP for the Demons with three tackles, a sack, and a fumble recovery.


Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) DE Aydan Self Signs With Ottawa University:
Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) defensive end Aydan Self has signed to play college football with Ottawa University. At 6’0, 230 pounds, Self received 2nd Team All-District honors with 52 tackles, 12 TFLs, and 3 sacks. For the Demons, Self finished with 2 tackles and 1 TFL during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.

Erath High School (Erath, LA) QB Jack Landry Signs With Nicholls State:
Erath High School (Erath, LA) QB Jack Landry has signed to play quarterback with Nicholls State. The 6’3, 205 pound quarterback led the Bobcats to a perfect 10-0 regular season by completing 62% of his passes for 1,260 yards and 19 touchdowns to just only three interceptions. The two time All-District and All-State selection completed 6/15 passes for 81 yards while also rushing for 19 more yards for the Demons during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


Church Point High School (Church Point, LA) WR Jarrison Reese Signs With Huntingdon College:
Church Point High School (Church Point, LA) wide receiver Jarrison Reese has signed to play college football with Huntingdon College. Reese was a big-time playmaker for the Bears scoring as a runner, receiver, and as a kick returner. Offensively, Reese had 727 yards and 12 touchdowns rushing, 67 catches for 1,173 yards and 15 more touchdowns receiving, and 280 yards and three touchdowns on punt returns. He was not only a standout football player, but the Bears’ standout two sport athlete was the 4-3A District MVP in basketball averaging 30 points per game, 9 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 4.3 steals.


Silliman High School (Clinton, LA) DE Isaac Garba Signs With Arkansas Monticello:
Silliman High School (Clinton, LA) defensive end Isaac Garba has signed to play college football with Arkansas Monticello. At 6’0, 240 pounds, Garba was a two way standout for Silliman rushing for over 1,000 yards as a running back and having over 100 tackles as a linebacker. Playing in the MAIS, Garba earned All-District Defensive MVP honors, All-State honors, and Team MVP honors.


Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) DB Vince Delaney Signs With Mississippi Valley:
Hammond High School (Hammond, LA) DB Vince Delaney has signed with Mississippi Valley to play college football. Delaney was an All-District selection, a Varsity Academic Award winner, a Honor Roll Student, and named Most Likely To Succeed. Delaney had a great outing during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game as he was a candidate to be the Defensive MVP for the Demons finishing with 2.5 tackles and 2 interceptions.

Ascension Catholic High School (Donaldsonville, LA) RB Trevin Simon Commits To Columbia University:
Ascension Catholic High School (Donaldsonville, LA) running back Trevin Simon has committed to play for Columbia University. Simon set all kinds of records in what was a historic senior season for the Bulldogs’ running back as he set LHSAA single season records for most rushing yards (3,915) and most rushing touchdowns (58) in a year. Those numbers earned him 1st Team All-District, All-Parish, and All-State honors plus the recognition of being named the 2025 Gridiron Football Player of the Year.


Jewel Sumner High School (Kentwood, LA) OL Ashton Broussard Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Jewel Sumner High School (Kentwood, LA) offensive lineman Ashton Broussard has signed to play college football with Louisiana Christian University. At 6’2, 275 pounds, Broussard paved the way for two All-District running backs while making 1st Team All-District himself as the team’s starting center. Broussard showed off his strength as a standout powerlifter during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game for the Demons creating holes for both Skyler Edwards and Zalen Bennett.


Captain Shreve High School (Shreveport, LA) OL Andre Campbell Signs With Millsaps College:
Captain Shreve High School (Shreveport, LA) offensive lineman Andre Campbell has signed to play college football for Millsaps College. The two time All-District selection finished the season with 72 pancake blocks. With a 4.5 GPA, he has also received the Distinguished Scholar Award. Campbell played a big role for the Demons by creating holes for both Skyler Edwards and Zalen Bennett to run through.


Carroll High School (Monroe, LA) DT Jordan Holmes Commits To Louisiana Christian University:
Carroll High School (Monroe, LA) defensive lineman Jordan Holmes has committed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. Holmes has had a very consistent and productive career for the Bulldogs as a two time All-District selection and an All-State selection. Holmes showed why he was so tough to block during his prep career as he finished with 2.5 tackles for the Demons in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.


Team Tigers:
Central Private High School (Baker, LA) RB Laiken Laudermilk Signs With Centenary College:
Central Private High School (Baker, LA) running back Laiken Laudermilk has signed to play college football at Centenary College. Laudermilk has been a 1st Team All-District selection and a two time 1,000 yard rusher also posted a 3.8 GPA in the classroom. In the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, Laudermilk showcased his ability as not only a runner, but also as a receiver out of the backfield for the Tigers.


Richwood High School (Monroe, LA) LB Jylon Dade Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Richwood High School (Monroe, LA) LB Jylon Dade signs with Louisiana Christian University. Dade had a great senior season on the gridiron as he finished with 87 tackles, 4 forced fumbles, 2 TDs, 1 pick six, and 11.5 TFLs. Those numbers helped him get 1st Team All-District, 2nd Team All-Parish, and All-State Honorable Mention selections. Not only did Dade excel on the football field, but he was also a basketball state champion and an All-District outfielder for the Rams baseball team.


St. Michael High School (Baton Rouge, LA) WR Johnny McCarty Signs With Millsaps College:
St. Michael the Archangel High School (Baton Rouge, LA) WR Johnny McCarty has signed to play college football at Millsaps College. The Warriors dependable receiver finished with 30 catches for 534 yards and 5 receiving touchdowns on offense to go along with 15 tackles, 2 INTs, 1 PBU, and 1 sack on defense this season. This is after a productive junior season in which he made 1st Team All-District, All-Metro, and All-State Honorable Mention honors with 50 catches for 764 yards and 8 touchdowns. McCarty made a huge splash for the Tigers during the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game as he made a spectacular one-handed grab that made ESPN NFL Countdown’s “You Got Mossed.” That play was the second ever time that the Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game made the national segment.


Franklinton High School (Franklinton, LA) QB Jacob Crain Signs With Pearl River Community College:
Franklinton High School (Franklinton, LA) QB Jacob Crain has signed to play college football at Pearl River Community College. Crain is the all-time leading passer in program history as he is the first signal caller to throw for over 5,000 yards in the school’s history while also throwing for 54 touchdowns. As a junior, Crain led the team to the Superdome as state champion runner ups. Crain had a nice performance in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game as he was the Offensive MVP for the Tigers completing 11 of 24 passes for 118 yards.



Elton High School (Elton, LA) TE Jaylin Thomas Signs With Culver-Stockton College:
Elton High School (Elton, LA) TE Jaylin Thomas has signed to play college football at Culver-Stockton College, which is a Division II university located in Canton, Missouri. Thomas was one of the building blocks that have turned around the Indians program from an 0-10 team in 2023 to back to back winning seasons in 2024 and 2025. Playing both tight end and defensive end, Thomas has excelled as an All-District and All-Parish selection. Thomas showed his blocking and receiving skills at the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game where he caught a pass for the Tigers.


CHEF (Baton Rouge, LA) DB Broderick Fowler Jr. Commits To Salt Lake Junior College:
CHEF (Baton Rouge, LA) DB Broderick Fowler Jr. has committed to play for Salt Lake Junior College, which is in Salt Lake City, Utah. Fowler is the son of longtime supporter and coach with Gridiron Football Broderick Fowler Sr. Fowler showed off his high football IQ throughout his prep career as a defensive back earning All-State honors twice and Team Defensive MVP honors too. Fowler showed his great coverage skills during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game and also had a tackle too.


Belaire High School (Baton Rouge, LA) CB Christopher Vick Signs With Community Christian:
Belaire High School (Baton Rouge, LA) CB Christopher Vick Jr. has signed to play college football at Community Christian, which is a community college football team in Lafayette, Louisiana. As an All-District, All-City, and an All-State selection, Vick finished the 2025 season with 24 total tackles, 9 PBUs, 2 INTs, and 1 forced fumble. He finished a great senior season with a nice performance in the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game making one of the top plays for the Tigers in making an interception in the back of the end zone.


Alexandria Senior High School (Alexandria, LA) DT Jace Spikes Signs With Louisiana Christian University:
Alexandria Senior High School (Alexandria, LA) DT Jace Spikes has signed to play college football at Louisiana Christian University. The 5’10, 245 pound local product played much bigger than his frame in helping Coach Thomas Bachman’s squad become one of the best 5A football programs in the state of Louisiana as he was an All-District selection his senior season. Spikes chose LCU over other schools like Millsaps and Centenary College. In the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game, he finished with two tackles plus a tackle for loss.


Leesville High School (Leesville, LA) DB Marquale Williams Signs With Sterling College:
Leesville High School (Leesville, LA) DB Marquale Williams has signed to play college football at Sterling College, which is a NAIA university in Sterling, Kansas. The 5’10, 160 pound All-District defensive back finished his senior season with 86 total tackles, 50 solo tackles, 26 assists, and 5 pass break ups. Williams chose Sterling College over other offers including Graceland University and East Texas Baptist.


Liberty Magnet High School (Baton Rouge, LA) DE Kingston Duhon Signs With Erskine College:
Liberty Magnet High School (Baton Rouge, LA) DE Kingston Duhon has signed to play college football at Erskine College, which is a Division II school in Due West, South Carolina. The 2nd Team All-District selection was disruptive off the edge for the Patriots with 12 sacks last season. Duhon chose to play for Erskine over other college offers including Centenary College.


Belaire High School (Baton Rouge, LA) OL Jacorian Newman Signs With Community Christian:
Belaire High School (Baton Rouge, LA) OL Jacorian Newman has joined his teammate Christopher Vick Jr. at signing with Community Christian College. At 6’2, 275 pounds, Newman earned All-District honors for the Bengals this season and was an anchor at the line of scrimmage. Last season, he had over 30 pancake blocks and four quarterback pressures allowed on offense plus 13 tackles, 3 TFLs, and a forced fumble on defense.


North Iberville High School (Maringouin, LA) OL Jordell Baise Signs With Millsaps College:
North Iberville High School (Maringouin, LA) offensive lineman Jordell Baise has signed to play college football at Millsaps College. Baise made school history by becoming the first player from North Iberville to sign and play college football. At 6’3, 265 pounds, Baise earned 1st Team All-District recognition on both sides of the football in 2024 and 2nd Team All-District and All-State recognition last year. He also has a 3.5 GPA and is a standout track athlete throwing the shotput. Baise chose Millsaps over four other schools in which he has received offers from including two offers he received during the 2026 Gridiron Football All-American Bowl Game.
