The Woodlawn Panthers were scheduled to play their homecoming game in week two but due to some COVID issues with Madison High School, the game was cancelled. After a three game road stint the Panthers look to not only get a win on homecoming for this years seniors but also start district play with a win. Panthers Head Coach Marcus Randall said that he has seen growth in his football team since their week 1 game against U-High and he saw much more growth last week as the team fell to a very talented Zachary Broncos team 35-28. Coach Randall and I spoke about his quarterback Rickie Collins who was 22/33 with 280 yards passing to go along with three rushing scores.
