In my last posting I had written about how when I thought I had lost my Deuce Mcallister jersey the Saints started to look bad, and miraculously as soon I found it in the bottom of my “T” shirt pile, they got hot again. We all have our own superstitions and my posting was of course all in fun, however the story is now continued.
I was late to the Sunday game against the Eagles and arrived during the first quarter. Things looked bad and it appeared this might be the Saints last game. It should be noted I had not yet put my lucky Mcallister jersey on. I got a beer and changed into my magic jersey. No sooner as I popped the top and settled down,Hill ran a fake punt play and ran for the first down. That was the turning point and things just got better from there. A look at the stats make it evident the Saints simply outplayed the Eagles. Of course this is all superstitious fun right? RIGHT? ………. Final score Saints 20 Eagles 14.
Anyway, here is a look at the game stats and the Saints are now only a game away from the Superbowl.

Next up is the L.A. Rams who have not looked very exceptional lately and in my opinion will not be an issue. I predict it will be Saints/Chiefs for the Superbowl. We will be watching the Saints/ Rams game at Mcallister’s new place at the Boomtown Casino in Mississippi. Hope to see you there.
