Sunday’s Saints vs Panthers game in my opinion was the game of the Week. This was the game, which I predicted, that placed the Saints in first place in the NFC South. The Saints’ 31-21 win over the Panthers directly affected the play off picture.
The Saints defense came to play Sunday a week after a hard played game in Los Angeles. The Saints held the Panthers to 279 total yards and to just 3 out of 10 third down conversions.
I will keep it short and sweet as my father in law passed Sunday and we are here in Pierre Part for the funeral and my mind is elsewhere. The short of it is, as with all my postings of late, the Saints are well on the way to at least the play off’s and possibly all the way to the super bowl…..
