Q: What do you think it takes to be a successful football player?

A: “One aspect I really want to improve is my speed, I’m pretty fast but I want to be really fast.”

Q: What do you consider your biggest strengths as a football player?

A: “I would say my football knowledge and my field awareness are my biggest strengths.”

Q: If you had to compare yourself to a college of a professional player, Who would it be?

A: “I would compare myself to Jamar Chase because I catch a lot of deep balls and I get a lot of yards after the catch like him and I wear #1.”

Q: What inspires you to play football?

A: “When I was a kid I fell in love with the sport and I always think back to why I started and that’s what keeps me going.”

Q: What are some of the goals you’ve set for yourself for this upcoming season?

A: “I have my goals as my Lock Screen, I’m going for 1000 receiving yards, 12 touchdowns, bench 245, and some college offers.”

Q: What are you most excited about for the 2022 season?

A: “I’m excited about the change in culture at my high school for football we’ve been beyond terrible and this year we look to be really promising.”

What makes a good leader?

A: “A good leader pushes your team vocally as well as on the field and picks up the slack of your teammates by making plays and encourages the team during the game and leads them through adversity.”

Q: What aspects of your game are you working to improve?

A: “One aspect I really want to improve is my speed, I’m pretty fast but I want to be really fast.”

Q: What is an example of you overcoming adversity as an athlete?

A: “My freshman year I tore the tendon and dislocated my thumb, as a receiver this hurt my ability to catch tremendously but I came back working to get my strength back up and I still work to this day to make sure my grip strength is good.”

Q: What is your favorite football memory?

A: “My favorite football memory is when I was 7, I ran for my first touchdown untouched for about 40 yards and the joy I had was unexplainable.”

Q: Describe your work ethic?

A: “My work ethic consists of on and off-the-field work, eating is a big thing for me because I have a super fast metabolism so eating as much as I can to gain weight is crucial, and doing extra reps every single chance I get especially in the weight room and conditioning if it even seems like someone’s out working me or close I try to outwork them and myself to where it’s not even close. I would say work ethic is 80% mental

Q: What is something you would want college coaches to know about you?

A: “I would want college coaches to know I’m a team player first and My ability on the field is more than drills and measurements show.”
